A compilation of six, mildly erotic stories that begin with the
construction of an Edwardian terrace.

This novel started life quite some years ago as six individually published novelettes. Presented in the form of romantic, sometimes mildly erotic tales with an underlying historical theme, they recount the lives of the occupants of a British Edwardian terraced house as it moves through the decades.
Each novelette can still be read independently if desired. When read together, however, the house and the lives of its inhabitants are seen to be inextricably intertwined.
The compilation begins with a young and somewhat naïve Gladys Hurlingstone’s sexual awakening during the revolutionary change in architecture in 1902.
