Stage Fright is one of a number of short stories in the Doctor Goodier and Harry Mysteries compilation.
The theatre is not for everyone. Much depends upon the performance, of course, the actors, the programme, but especially the subject matter. This particular theatre was a masterly creation, a diorama hand-made by the siblings' Father, a Surgeon with a unique expertise at his fingertips. Sadly, while the man had full control over the construction of the miniscule theatre, the unimaginably macabre performances played out there were out of his hands.
A chance discovery found inside an old Edwardian Dresser at a jumble-sale initiates a seemingly impossible case for the Police Sergeant. But are a series of historical murders beyond Doctor Goodier's sleuthing skills?
