For those with an interest in Sports, the property is within easy reach of the Čeladná Golf Resort & Horse-Riding Ranch.   Also close by is a popular wellness centre, ski-Jump, various paragliding centres, as well as biking and hiking trails through endless forests.

The land is in the foothills of the Beskydy hill range, making it ideal for both Winter and Summer enjoyment.  Sat within fenced, private gardens, our house is used currently as a conventional family home.  However, it is easily adaptable for use as a holiday-let, guest-house, or ski retreat as all bedrooms are fitted with en-suite facilities.
